Bookings and payments

Sessions are confirmed only after any required booking steps, contract signature, invoice, retainer, and payment processing are complete through the chosen provider.

Image rights

Client usage rights, print release terms, model releases, pet image usage, and portfolio permissions should be governed by the signed client agreement for each session.

Third-party services

Client galleries, print orders, digital downloads, contracts, invoices, and payments may be handled by third-party services. Their terms apply when you use those services.

Adventure session safety

Outdoor and wilderness sessions depend on pet health, weather, route conditions, permits, local rules, and safety judgment. Locations may be changed or rescheduled when conditions are not appropriate.
